I have been under Dr J. Parsonage for eleven years. Dr Parsonage has to be the best Doctor I have ever had including all medical personnel I was under, during my forty years in the Royal Navy Service. She listens, understands, and makes time for me and I am sure her other patients. Dr Parsonage has not long diagnosed my PTSD after forty years thinking I knew but was too stubborn to realise and do anything about it. She listened to me for forty minutes and made me realise I had/have issues due to the Falkands Conflict. Dr Parsonage has now arranged a one to one counselling for me which is greatly appreciated. Not only that, she has kept in touch with me throughout. It is a great pleasure and a privilege to have her as my Doctor knowing I am in good hands. Thank you.

I had seen Dr Parsonage a few times (along with other doctors) over the years, but for the last four years specifically Dr Parsonage has been supporting my transition 100%. I could not imagine any GP doing any more for me than she has. She has made my journey so much simpler than it might have been.
